Sovereign Health is an education and coaching program. It is designed to support, not replace, the care you receive from your own doctor.

What we do

We help you understand your blood test results, and we give you training, nutrition, supplement, sleep and stress plans based on your questionnaire and your results. We coach you as you follow them.

What we don't do

• We don't diagnose, treat or cure any disease or medical condition.
• We don't prescribe medication, and we never ask you to change or stop medication your doctor has prescribed.
• The AI Doctor gives general health information. It is not a doctor and it cannot examine you.

Talk to your own doctor

Speak to your doctor before starting a new exercise, nutrition or supplement routine, especially if you have a heart condition, diabetes, high blood pressure, take prescription medication, or are recovering from illness or surgery.

If a result in your bloodwork review needs medical attention, we'll tell you to see your doctor. Please do.

In an emergency

Sovereign Health is not an emergency service. If you have chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of a stroke or any other emergency, call your local emergency number straight away.

Results

Examples of results on this website are illustrative. Everyone starts from a different place, and your results will depend on your health, your history and how closely you follow your plan.
